Q&A with Alicia Rousseau

Tell us a little about you, where you live, children, occupation, etc.

I am 39 years old, live in Brentwood, TN and have two girls who are active in gymnastics which means we are always on the go.  I am a speech-language pathologist and work part-time for a private practice.

Describe your nutrition before starting the Burn Fat and Feast program.

I am always really good when I am on a "diet" and tend to hop from one diet to the next.  When I am on a plan, I can't wait for the last day so that I can eat whatever it is that I have been craving.

Describe your fitness routine before starting the Burn Fat and Feast program.

I like group fitness classes and have never enjoyed working out at home.  I still prefer group classes, but now realize that if I don't make a class I can do a quick 20-30 minute home workout.

What made you decide to join this program?

I saw Sarah's results and another friend's results.

How do you feel now that you have graduated?

I feel like after completing all three of her programs, I now have all the knowledge that I need to do this long term.

Share with us 2 successes, things you learned or what your biggest takeaways were upon completion.

-I don't use coffee creamer anymore!!!!
-I know how to incorporate low fasting and it actually makes my life easier.

Alicia, thanks again for participating in the Burn Fat & Feast and Elite programs. We are so proud of you, and we hope your successes will inspire others to begin their fitness journey! To learn more about the Burn Fat & Feast program, CLICK HERE. Save
