Ingredients for 4 servings
1 Pound Italian Sausage
1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Yellow Onion, Diced
0.33 cup Green Olives, Sliced
12 slice Pepperoni, Cut Into Fourths
3 tbsp Pickled Jalapenos
8 ounce Baby Bella Mushrooms, Sliced
1.5 cup Marinara Sauce
0.5 cup Dairy-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
How to Prepare
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a pan over medium-high heat, brown the italian sausage with the green peppers and onions until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are soft. Drain any liquid
3. Add the green olives, pepperoni, jalapenos, mushrooms and marinara sauce, stir until combined.
4. Spray a 9×9” baking dish and pour pizza mixture into the pan. Top with DF cheese.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
