Hey BFF, it’s time for our annual BFF retreat and I couldn’t be more excited! Our retreat weekend is a time of rest, relaxation, learning, fellowship and well of course a workout or two.

What to expect:

This year, we are excited to announce, retreat will be set up different than the past. We will hold retreat at 2 different locations. Friday afternoon, we will meet at BFF founder, Sarah’s home, then will gather at a hotel in Brentwood, TN Saturday and Sunday. The price of retreat this year does NOT include your lodging. Lodging will be on your own. Retreat registration will cover your participation Fri-Sun, guest speakers, as well as apps Friday and lunch Sat and Sun.

Arrive Friday afternoon, September 5th, to Sarah’s house (12:30-4pm central) because the fun begins then. We will gather Friday to meet each other, chat over apps and hang by the pool. Saturday September 6th and 7th, we will spend together at our retreat hotel location in Brentwood, TN from approximately 8am-5pm. Expect live morning workouts Saturday and Sunday as a group. These are always super fun! You should also expect large and small group chats with your BFF sisters throughout the weekend. We will have special guests come share their expertise as well over the weekend.

The following meals will be covered: Friday afternoon (appetizers), Saturday (lunch) and Sunday (lunch). Retreat will officially come to a close Sunday at 4pm. You may depart at that time or stay through Monday morning.

The closest airport is Nashville (about 20 minutes away) if you plan to fly. Transportation to and from the airport is not included in your registration. Registration is now open and space is limited for our 2025 BFF Retreat, so do not delay.

Space is limited to 25 BFF members. If you do not get a spot, please email info@burnfatandfeast.com immediately to be placed on the waiting list. 

Payment is non-refundable, but transferable. If for some reason you register and cannot make it, you will be responsible for finding a replacement and handle any money exchanges yourself. This is such a fun weekend getting to know each other and bonding. We are looking forward to seeing you this fall in Nashville!
