Hey BFF, it’s time for our annual BFF retreat and I couldn’t be more excited! Our retreat weekend is a time of rest, relaxation, fellowship and well of course a workout or two.

What to expect:

Arrive Friday evening April 19th (by 6pm) because the fun begins then. We will gather Friday night to meet each other and chat over apps and drinks. Saturday April 20th and Sunday April 21st, we will spend together at our retreat home in Franklin, TN. Expect live morning workouts Saturday and Sunday as a group. These are always super fun! You should also expect large and small group chats with your BFF sisters throughout the weekend. We will have special guests come share their expertise as well over the weekend. Your meals will be covered Friday evening (appetizers and wine), Saturday (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and Sunday (breakfast, lunch and snacks). Retreat will officially come to a close Sunday evening at 4pm. You may depart at that time or stay through Monday morning. The BFF retreat will be at a home in Thompsons Station, TN this year.

The closest airport is Nashville (about 30 minutes away) if you plan to fly. Transportation to and from the airport is not included in your registration. Registration is now open and space is limited for our 2024 BFF Retreat, so do not delay.

If you do not get a spot, please email info@burnfatandfeast.com immediately to be placed on the waiting list. If you are local and are NOT staying at the house, we will release retreat only registration next week (if we fill the house). Price will tentatively be $330.

Payment is non-refundable, but transferable. If for some reason you register and cannot make it, you will be responsible for finding a replacement and handle any money exchanges yourself. This is such a fun weekend getting to know each other and bonding. We are looking forward to seeing you this spring in Nashville!
